CTC.exe missing

description

I am trying to build GAX for VS2013 Preview in order to test the SharePoint Software Factory for this release.

I have seen that you have already started and downloaded the sources. Great job! Saved me loads of time!

When trying to build, it fails because the CTC.exe is missing from the /lib folder.
It is referenced in the VisualStudio/VisualStudio.csproj

When I remove th reference the build runs fine and I get the VSIX which installs perfectly in VS2013 Preview

Is there any particular need for the CTC.exe? If so, can it be added to the sources again?

Cannot be included because of licensing/redistribution restrictions.

It is needed to build part of the source code (the C++ project) but that's typically only a one-time build so it's not configured to be part of the solution's build cycle (see configuration manager).

CTC.exe cannot be included in source control because of licensing/redistribution restrictions. See https://opengax.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=How%20to%20build%20GAX&referringTitle=Documentation for more information.
